League Owner Approval
The league owner must approve the application to be advertised on the platform.
Active Driver Base
The league must have at least 10 active drivers competing regularly in its events.
Discord Presence
The league must have a functional Discord server for communication and management.
Staff Representative
The league must designate a staff representative to maintain communication and provide updates to the Roblox Racing staff.
Dedicated Platform Channel
A dedicated channel for Roblox Racing must be created in the league’s Discord server for streamlined announcements and collaboration.
Roblox-Based League
The league must be based on a Roblox racing game and focus exclusively on related events.
Press Collaboration
To facilitate news coverage, the league's representative must share relevant and timely updates with the Roblox Racing press chief editor.
Event Consistency
Leagues must have a proven history of hosting at least 3 official events before applying for advertisement. This ensures that leagues are active and committed.
Age of the League
The league must have been established for at least 30 days before applying to demonstrate stability and avoid featuring short-lived or unorganized leagues.
Professional Branding
The league must have a clear and professional logo, name, and branding to maintain a high standard of quality on the platform.
Active Social Media Presence (Optional but Encouraged)
Leagues with active social media accounts or channels showcasing their races, standings, or announcements will be prioritized for advertisement.
Safety Measures
The league’s Discord server and in-game events must enforce safety measures, such as moderation against spamming, harassment, or inappropriate content, to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Defined Structure
Leagues must have a clear organizational structure, including defined roles for staff (e.g., owner, moderators, race officials) to ensure smooth operations.
Rules for Advertised Leagues
To maintain a professional and respectful community, leagues must adhere to the following rules:
Strict Rules for Drivers
The league must enforce clear and strict rules for driver behavior to ensure fairness and sportsmanship.
Prohibition of Sensitive Content
Sharing sensitive or inappropriate content on the league’s Discord server is strictly forbidden. Violations will result in the league being removed from the platform and receiving a 3-month blacklist.
Confidentiality of Staff Information
Leagues must not share any internal information from Roblox Racing staff. Breaching this rule will result in a 2-month blacklist.
Respect for Platform and Staff
Leagues must not denigrate or disrespect the Roblox Racing platform or its staff. Violations will result in a permanent blacklist.
Proper Use of Platform Branding
Leagues are prohibited from using the Roblox Racing name, logo, or platform image to promote unrelated communities, products, drivers, or services.
Consistent Activity
Leagues must host events regularly (e.g., at least one event every two weeks). Prolonged inactivity (over 30 days) may result in temporary removal from the platform.
Accurate Information
The league must provide accurate and truthful information about its events, standings, and participants. Misrepresentation or falsification may result in removal and blacklisting.
Event Integrity
Leagues must ensure their events are conducted fairly, with no tolerance for cheating, rigging, or manipulation of race outcomes. Reports of such behavior must be investigated and resolved promptly.
No Toxic Behavior
League staff, drivers, and members are prohibited from engaging in toxic or harassing behavior within their community or towards other leagues/platform users. Violations will result in a blacklist.
Adherence to Roblox Terms of Service
All leagues must comply with Roblox's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violations will lead to immediate removal and possible reporting to Roblox.
Transparency in Communication
Leagues must maintain open and professional communication with Roblox Racing staff. Ghosting or withholding information can result in suspension or removal.
No Unauthorized Sponsorships
Leagues cannot use their association with Roblox Racing to promote unauthorized sponsors or partnerships without prior approval.
Content Quality Standards
Any media (e.g., videos, posters, or social posts) representing the league must maintain quality standards and be appropriate for the Roblox community. Content deemed low-quality or inappropriate may result in suspension.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises involving the league (e.g., between drivers or staff), the league must handle it professionally and report major conflicts to Roblox Racing if they affect platform relations.
Use of Logos and Branding
Any use of Roblox Racing branding, logos, or assets must be pre-approved and align with the platform’s branding guidelines. Misuse will result in removal and possible blacklisting.
